We design and develop your custom apparel by using these practices. We design prototypes, conduct pre-production development phases, use desk loom sampling and text design, modern print techniques, surface textures and embellishments, and customized finishing and branding.
2- Sampling Sourcing Product Development
We use customized/CAD pattern-making and grading techniques. We source new fabrics and develop stock fabrics. The materials we use include woven & knit cotton, pure silks, rayon, polyesters and hand-woven fabrics. We focus on collecting high-end fashion and implementing the practice of using small MOQs (Minimum Order Quantities). Our goal is to make custom clothes in the most efficient way possible. We look to optimize our product cost and use alternative costing methods.
